Feeling guilty? Why you feel guilt and the secrets to getting rid of it.

You are here: Home / Autoimmune / Feeling guilty? Why you feel guilt and the secrets to getting rid of it.

If you live with chronic illness, then chances are high that you are also living with a big, heaping burden of guilt. Guilt is a signal from the mind and emotions that something needs to be faced and dealt with.

Unfortunately most people do not understand how to use guilt as the messenger that it is.

Instead, they become trapped in toxic guilt which adds to stress, which adds to inflammation, which adds to pain, misery and flares.

There is way to understand and deal with guilt appropriately and once you do this, you are going to feel so much more empowered, confident and relieved. All of which is going to help you feel much better.

This is a recording of a free webinar I held last week where I am sharing all of my professional secrets and tools on how to eliminate guilt.

It is not specifically targeted to those of us with autoimmune conditions but it will give you everything you need to start releasing your guilt and if you are still stuck, book in your free 20 minute Discovery Session with me on Skype and let’s talk about why you feel guilty and what we can do about it.

Here’s to guilt free living!

If you have gotten value and help from this, please, share it and pass it along!

I’m Kerry Jeffery,  Award Nominated, Internationally Certified Life Coach, Counsellor and Clinical Hypnotherapist.

When I first became chronically ill in 2014, I thought my life was over. I had lost my old self, my career and my ability to care for myself.

I was left sitting in the wreckage of my life trying to find my way back and I couldn’t find a therapist who could even begin to understand how I felt.

So, I became the therapist and coach that I needed to help me rebuild my life. I learned new skills and  created a new emotional framework to find my way to deal with the often complex emotional issues that come with chronic illness.

Now, I help people all over the world learn to do the same and go from surviving, to thriving.

Your new life with chronic illness needs new skills, strategies and expert support from someone who knows exactly how it feels.

You don’t have to keep doing this alone.

Testimonials

“Instead of trying to medicate the problem away or shrug issues off (like the traditional therapist/counsellor/psychiatrists I’ve encountered in the past) you helped me get to the very roots of my anxieties, fears and trauma.”
