I know exactly how much chronic illness changes your life because I live with Type 1 Diabetes, Hashimoto’s, Celiac Disease and Antiphospholipid Syndrome.

When I was first diagnosed with chronic illness, there was no information about how to deal with the grief of losing my old life and the future I thought that I was going to have.

There was a huge gap that needed to be filled to help people with chronic illness take back control of their life, health and happiness by giving them the emotional skills, support and mind shift tools to deal with the changes and challenges.

This is why I created Emotional Autoimmunity. To help fill that gap and let you know that you are not alone.
