I was blessed to receive a review copy of Yael Goodman’s wonderful book “Taking Control: my journey to reversing autoimmune disease” and absolutely loved it. So it was such a great pleasure to meet and talk to Yael all the way in Johannesburg to hear first hand about her journey living with undiagnosed autoimmune disease since she was 5 years old.

Yael is a true autoimmune warrior women and reading about her life, I have no idea how I would have managed against all the odds she faced and is triumphing over. She is incredibly inspiring, very informed and an all round delight.

I hope you enjoy this interview as much as I did. You can find out more about Yael and where to get her book from Amazon here:

warm wishes
