It was so wonderful to meet and talk to Natasha Horvath.  After 17 years of mismanagement, pain and disability, at times not even able to get out of bed and needing her husband to leave work to care for her, Natasha has fought her way to remission and feeling better than ever.

This interview was a very emotional one as chronic autoimmune disease can cause so much pain, suffering and feelings of isolation and the fear that nothing will ever change. I know that you will really relate to Natasha’s story, wisdom and determination to spread the word that you can take your health and happiness back into your own hands and change your life for the better.

Natasha is the blogger behind Harmony Hunter and the author of Australia’s first AIP cookbook, “Food is Life: Holistic Healing through food and lifestyle.” She is passionate about sharing her experience and inspiring others to find better health with chronic illness.

I know you will really love this one!
