Mary first developed rosacea at the tender age of 11, a time when everyone feels the pain of living with something that makes you feel or look different. I loved listening to Mary’s story and insights as to how she manages her rosacea and keeps her spirits and her confidence high.
Self-love is so important when you have a chronic illness and I love how Mary said that it has made her love her body more and that she has even found the gifts in her rosacea.
Mary worked on her health through diet, lifestyle, and spiritual and emotional growth – so she became a Nutritional Therapist and Transformational Life Coach to help others on their journey as well! She lives in Lancaster, PA with her husband and you can find her at Simple and Merry where she has lots of information about rosacea and some delicious recipes! Enjoy.
