It was such a dream come true to meet and talk to Stacey Robbins because it’s not often that I have had a chance to actually thank an author for making a massive difference to my life. Lucky me!
Stacey’s book “You’re not crazy and you’re not alone” came along at the worst of my illness and even in my sickest, most brain fogged state, I read it and saw my own experience with Hashimoto’s mirrored within. Stacey was one of the very few people who was talking about the emotional experience, the anxiety, the pain and the massive changes chronic illness can bring.
Dealing with a 100+ lb weight gain, being put on phen phen and trying to get skinny, not being able to find a doctor who would diagnose her let alone help her, Stacey has made an amazing and inspiring journey into loving herself and making friends with her body.
Stacey Robbins is an author and speaker who inspires women to live a life filled with love, humour and truth. Her style brings a warmth and connection to her audience as she shares amazing stories, full of divine encounters — as well as bite-sized wisdoms that feed the soul.

When Stacey isn’t writing or traveling for speaking engagements, she spends her time enjoying walks on the beach, noshing on something gluten-free, or sipping champagne with her girlfriends. Stacey dreams of one day living in Italy and being caught up on her laundry.
